Behavior Technician (BT)

Behavior Technicians provide direct, one-to-one support to children while following an individualized treatment plan under clinical supervision.

  • Help children practice communication, participation, and daily-living skills.
  • Record session data and share observations with the supervising BCBA.
  • Build respectful relationships with children and communicate thoughtfully with families and the team.

This hands-on role calls for patience, dependable follow-through, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn.

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

BCBAs guide individualized care by understanding each child’s needs, developing treatment goals, and reviewing progress with families and the clinical team.

  • Conduct assessments and develop and refine treatment plans.
  • Use data to evaluate progress and adjust support.
  • Supervise Behavior Technicians and collaborate with families and other providers.

This clinical role combines thoughtful decision-making, clear communication, and a commitment to respectful, evidence-based care.
